Welcome to Hustler Branded. This website (hustlerbranded.com) and all associated mobile retail and equine therapy operations are owned and operated by Hustler Branded LLC (doing business as "Hustler Branded"). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hustler Branded LLC.

By visiting our site, purchasing our custom apparel, ordering our distributed retail lines, or booking our equine sports therapy services, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 – MODEST MANUFACTURING & PROPRIETARY APPAREL DESIGNS

Our signature apparel lines (including but not limited to our "I've been BRANDED!" designs) are proudly hand-pressed and custom-finished in-house at our facility in Utah. Because our apparel is customized in individual production batches, minor variations in ink distressing, texture, and alignment are natural characteristics of the artisan manufacturing process and do not constitute manufacturing defects. All graphic layouts, logos (including the HB Brand mark), slogans, and custom apparel text are the exclusive intellectual property of Hustler Branded LLC and may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without our express written consent.

SECTION 3 – AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORSHIP & THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS

Hustler Branded LLC operates as the official authorized state distributor for Rodeo Road Essentials within Utah and across the western states, and engages in retail alignment with equine wellness brands such as HorseHalo, MVP, and Nano-E.

We do not own, alter, or manufacture third-party distributed wellness products, liniments, poultices, or nutritional supplements.
All claims, representations, guarantees, or safety specifications regarding distributed retail products are provided exclusively by the original manufacturers. Hustler Branded LLC disclaims all liability resulting from product formulas, manufacturing variations, or product claims made by third-party brands.

SECTION 4 – EQUINE THERAPY SERVICES & SERVICE LIABILITY WAIVER

Hustler Branded LLC provides specialized mobile equine sports therapy services, including Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF/BEMER) modalities, advanced photobiomodulation (red-light therapy), energy healing, and therapeutic bodywork. By booking or receiving these services, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Non-Veterinary Care: Our equine bodywork and automated wellness modalities are non-invasive, structural, and performance-based support systems. Our services do not constitute veterinary medicine, clinical diagnosis, or prescriptive medical treatments. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for acute veterinary concerns or medical emergencies.
Stall-Side & Facility Logistics: Our mobile therapeutic operations are frequently performed stall-side within regional event facilities or stabling areas. The horse owner or authorized agent represents that the animal is structurally safe, manageable, and broke for therapeutic contact.
Assumption of Risk: Equestrian sports and equine handling carry inherent physical risks. Hustler Branded LLC, its members, certified equine body workers, and associates (including Teri Street and Yvonne Morris) shall not be held liable for any unpredictable animal behavior, injury, illness, or performance changes arising during, or subsequent to, the application of non-invasive automated therapy sessions or independent equipment leasing.

SECTION 5 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address (info@hustlerbranded.com) or phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 6 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tooele County and the State of Utah.
