Hustler Branded Shipping & Transit Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hustler Branded. We use a split fulfillment system for our custom apparel and distributed wellness lines.

HB Custom Apparel

Our signature branded apparel lines are proudly hand-pressed in-house and shipped directly from our facility in Utah. Standard apparel processing takes 2 to 5 business days. Pre-order apparel ships according to the timeline provided on its product page. shipping Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please contact info@hustlerbranded.com for an estimate if a timeline is not listed.

Distributed Wellness Lines

Online delivery orders for Rodeo Road Essentials performance products are fulfilled directly by the RRE crew from Hico, Texas. RRE processing typically takes 2 to 5 business days after order and payment, with shipping Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Ingredient availability may cause delays. RRE shipping charges are based on the supplier’s rates.

HorseHalo online delivery orders are also fulfilled directly by the supplier. Please contact info@hustlerbranded.com for processing and shipping estimates if they are not listed on the product page.

Combined Orders & Tracking

If your order contains a mix of custom apparel and wellness lines, your items may arrive in separate packages at different times. We will email tracking information for each package as it becomes available from the fulfilling facility. Processing times are additional to carrier transit times.

In-person Pickup

We are active competitors! Pickup from our on-hand event stock may be arranged at barrel races and rodeo events where we are present. Please contact info@hustlerbranded.com before ordering to confirm the event, available items, and hand-off arrangements. Choose Local Event Pickup at checkout only if that option is displayed and pickup has been confirmed with us.
